We are looking for a motivated Consumer Insolvency Manager that can work with little direction to ensure the high quality of customer service. The goal is to maximize customer commitment and the prosperity of business by producing results in a timely manner.

In this role, you will support the growth of the Asian business practice by servicing individuals in financial difficulty.
• Support and contribute to the growth of the Asian Business Practice in the Toronto, Vancouver and Calgary regions
• Conduct initial consult meetings with clients
• Respond to client inquires by phone, email, or in person
• Obtain all supporting information and documentation to ensure an efficient and smooth administration of a client file
• Liaise with the administration team in resolving any file issues and provide input and interpretation when requested
• Practice development primarily in the Asian community
• Ability to network and build referral sources

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a field service representative
Ability to manage and preserve technical equipment
Ability to easily acclimate to modified schedules and shifts
Accustomed to using mobile tools and applications
Technical degree or certification
Fluency in Mandarin, Cantonese and English is also required.
