We are recruiting for a Debt Solutions Manager to support the Asian Community Practice at our clients office. In this role, you will meet with potential clients, review their financial situation, and provide solutions to help them rebuild their lives and live debt free. The successful applicant will confidently exhibit a positive and professional attitude along with a flexible approach to work. The individual will be highly motivated, proactive and have demonstrated client service experience. To be considered for this role you must be fluent in Mandarin and English.

Major Responsibilities
• Preparing documentation for filing and/or associated correspondence
• Obtaining all proper supporting information and documentation to ensure a proper, efficient administration of the file (including, but not limited to income and other tax
• filings, asset realizations)
• Responding in a timely manner to ongoing queries and requests from creditors and debtors
• Liaising with the administration team, including, but not limited to, assisting with obtaining information, documentation and following up on complex issues where input and interpretation are requested
• Other duties as may be required

Job Requirements

* Fluent in Mandarin and English
• Post-secondary College or University education in a relevant field of study
• 4 years of working in a fast-paced office environment
• Experience in accounting, finance, or legal industries
• Proven experience in delivering exceptional client services and interacting in person and
on the phone with external clients
• A self-starter who can effectively prioritize to manage workload demands and multiple
tasks
• Excellent organization and communication skills, including the ability to write and
express yourself verbally in a professional manner
• High emotional intelligence to anticipate and service the needs of clients and the
business practice
• Strong interpersonal skills to empathize with a client and offer professional advice with
a focus on client satisfaction
• Ability to work independently and with little supervision to accomplish tasks/demands
adequately and efficiently
• Excels operating in fast paced environment while consistently delivering quality results
• Detail-oriented with strong critical thinking skills
• Able to manage conflicts and provide effective solutions to problems
• Experienced in using a CRM software
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word), with the ability to learn other
software quickly where required
• Prior experience in the Insolvency industry would be considered an asset
