Compensation: $40000.00 to $43000.00 yearly

Our extremely respected and well-established client is looking to fill a Compensation and Benefits Specialist role within their organization. Our client is looking for a candidate who is highly organized, has experience working in a benefits and pension related environment and has the ability to prioritize work.

Responsibilities:
*Perform a wide variety of data entry related tasks
*Liaison with employees, employers and outside clients
*Verify reports and statements
*Verify and process any required transfers, information updates and employee enrolments
*Ensure all benefit and pension related information is correct and up to date
*Perform general office related tasks such as photocopying, scanning and faxing
*Manage the organizational inbox, prepare outgoing mail, receive and distribute incoming mail
*Ensure all daily tasks are being completed and report any missed steps to upper management
*Ensure all benefits and pension policies and procedures are followed and client confidentially is upheld

Job Requirements

Qualifications:
*Post-secondary education
*Fluently bilingual in both official languages (French and English)
*A minimum of 2 years work experience in a similar role
*Experience working in an accounting and/or benefits and pension environments
*Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills
*Brilliant analytical and problem solving skills
*Superior working knowledge of Microsoft Office
*Strong organizational skills and multi-tasking abilities
*Excellent data entry skills
*Strong attention to detail
