OfficeTeam is currently have an opening for a polished, skilled Receptionist in a highly regarded company. In this role, you will greet visitors, handle incoming calls and perform general administrative duties. Proficient Receptionists will also assist with other administrative duties and staff with overflow work, which may include but is not limited to mail distribution, filing, data entry, and potential research tasks.

Receptionists with 1 or more years of experience managing multi-line phone systems (15+ lines) looking for new opportunities should apply today. Essential Duties & Responsibilities of Receptionist / Front Desk Coordinator:

*Welcome visitors by greeting them in person
*Direct clients and forward calls to appropriate personnel
*Maintain safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules and regulations
*Sorting and distributing mail
*Prepare meeting and training rooms when necessary
*Contribute to team efforts by assisting with administrative duties as needed
*Scheduling and booking appointments/meetings
*Providing excellent customer service

Job Requirements

Required Skills & Experience of Receptionist / Front Desk Coordinator:

*GED or Equivalent Diploma/Degree
*Prior experience as a receptionist is a necessity
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
*Competency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
*Experience with administrative and clerical procedures
*Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping with various tasks as required
*Customer focused, energetic, with outgoing personality and superb interpersonal skills
