Bilingual French HR Assistant (Entry Level!)

Job Description

The candidate will be logging voicemails, tracking attendance, job abandonment, terminations, providing managers with data reports on their workforce, analyze data coming from current contractors and employees at the company to be able to predict resignations or terminations. This role is more data-driven than contractor facing and requires strong attention to details.


- Fluent in English and French, both written and verbal.

- 1 year of HR experience

- 1 year of customer service experience (retail only will not suffice)

- Post-secondary education

- Strong interest in Human Resources

- Flexibility for the schedule (weekends and evenings included)

Nice to have:
- Degree/Diploma in HR.
- Administration experience.

Soft skills:
- Comfortable making calls, returning voicemails.
- Team player.
- "Can do" attitude.
