Recruiting an Executive Assistant for a prestigious company in the Utilities/Infrastructure industry, OfficeTeam is looking for an individual who is great with a multitude of administrative duties. - Teach and manage other support staff and customer relations

- Schedule travel and meeting arrangements

- Ensuring material is presentation ready

Job Requirements

- Skills in internet research

- Practical knowledge of customer service

- Quality experience with email

- Administrative Office experience

- Foundational knowledge in navigating basic office equipment and protocols

- Experience with HR Department

- Well-founded grasp of Microsoft PowerPoint

- Well-founded grasp of meeting coordination and planning

- Comprehension of filing

- General familiarity with Office Functions

- Knowledge of Maintain Files

- Good understanding of event planning

- Calendar Management experience

- Answer Inbound Calls experience preferred

- General familiarity with Coordinating Schedules

- Practical knowledge of ordering office supplies and equipment

- Proven knowledge of Compose Letters

- Foundational knowledge in Microsoft Excel

- Strong familiarity with working as an assistant

- Hands-on experience with Human Resources (HR) Administration

- Prior experience with Insurance Benefits

- Skills in expense reports

- Wide ranging experience with Email Correspondence

- Solid understanding of internal communications

- Proven knowledge of Microsoft Outlook

- Earlier work involving Employment Policies

- Previous experience working with Executive Presentations

- Experience with Microsoft Office

- Solid understanding of Maintain Employee Handbook

- Deep understanding of Maintenance Manuals

- Excellent social skills, project coordination experience and the ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside clients and vendors
