Conducting financial modeling on various financial products as well as measure, analyze, and forecast performance in conjunction with operating plans will be the main responsibilities in this position. Daily operations will also consist of advising management on the allocation of resources to best accomplish objectives and preparing reports for management. - Work alongside cross-functional partners in Accounting and Operations to ensure plans are properly executed
- Drive monthly reporting to business partners on financial results and if any actions are required
- Collaborate with senior executives on strategic deep dives on creating financial models and insights on topics such as: Retention forecasts, event tracking and execution, Campaign Planning & Tracking, return on investment of strategic investments, and strategic resource allocation, and prioritization
- Ensure business partners handle their resources by tracking monthly and quarterly performance through the comparison of actuals versus expectations
- Explain and understand internal and external drivers impacting performance and trending
- Survey performance to date and assess potential risks and opportunities
- Present and monitor forecasting reports
- Endorse weekly, quarterly and annual Area/Segment-level Bookings as well as P&L forecasting
- The ideal candidate should be a highly flexible individual who is comfortable with large amounts of information and adept at managing expectations
- Work with Accounting on the monthly and quarterly financial close process
- Enable successful Business Intelligence (BI) to deliver valuable foresight and decision support

Job Requirements

- BA/BS degree in finance or a related field
- CPA Designation
- Firm understanding of problem-solving through statistical analysis or with large data sets highly preferable (such as in derivatives, structured finance, or business analytics or in a similarly demanding and analytical role)
- 3+ years of experience in problem-solving through statistical analysis or with large data sets highly preferable (such as in derivatives, structured finance, or business analytics or in a similarly demanding and analytical role)
- Financial reporting experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to build and deliver effective presentations to audiences with wide-ranging backgrounds
- Prior experience in Spreadsheet and ERP system
- Eager problem-solver who listens for customer cues and actively resolves problems with grace and integrity
- Financial analysis & planning (go-to-market experience preferable)
- Experience with financial data management processes & systems, e.g. Oracle/Hyperion/SAP Business Objects/SFDC/Tableau
