As a Rental Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Rentals Department.  The operations requirements for this role include the marketing and profitability of the department, the capacity and efficiency at which it is operating, the quality of the work being performed, the degree of customer satisfaction, and follow-up of rental statistics. Other job duties will include, but are not limited to:


  • Managing rental operations ensuring correct, accurate billing and correct product availability and delivery.
  • Ensuring all rental problems listed by customers are addressed according to company policy.
  • Maintaining a positive company/customer relationship.
  • Administering and maintaining adequate, neat, clean, and safe rental area, equipment, yard, and units.
  • Developing and maintaining competent product knowledge of all current units leased/rented.

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Energetic and friendly with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to prioritize and organize workload in a fast paced environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail with a sense of urgency to meet tight deadlines.
  • Post-Secondary education.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a history of exceeding customer’s expectations.
