 Some of the job duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Responsible for processing lease documents for all branches and ensure all relevant paperwork is in place.
  • Set up and / or Direct lease file to accounts receivable for PAPP.
  • Check insurance, registration, and payment due at delivery are all in place to direct commissions to Junior Accountant
  • Set up financing for all units (lease, sales, rentals).
  • Enter lease contracts in legend for month end, including setup of customer depreciation
  • Set up contract, bill the lease and enter and track on spreadsheets
  • Processes Checklist and payout disposals for various finance companies.
  • Ensure disposal file is completed and payment is received, and then forwarded to Junior Accountant.


  • Advise Accounts Receivable to close PAPP’s for disposed units.
  • Lease expiry processing – follow ups with customer and salespeople.
  • Monthly lease bulling
  • Monthly mileage billing and pulling PAPPs
  • Rental depreciation processing


  • Cover breaks for receptions on a rotational basis.
  • Buy out and issuing of purchase orders.


  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • CDK knowledge is considered an asset
  • Minimum of 2-year(s) experience in leasing or lending (banks, finance company, lending companies, GMA, For Credit, GE Capital, HFC) preferred.
  • Lien registration training an asset
  • Standard First Aid/CPR Certificated an asset
  • WHMIS an asset.
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills to work with wide number of people, including peers, subordinates, and other company departments and staff.
  • Strong customer service attitude and leadership to ensure customer expectations are exceeded.
  • Effective negotiation, persuasion, and listening skills to facilitate successful resolution of concerns.
  • Effective time management, decision making, planning, and organizing skills.
  • Write legibly and possess excellent verbal communication skills
  • Strong computer skills with excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
