Job Details:

UPS is currently looking for Part-Time Office Administrators (Dispatch) at our Ottawa location, starting at $16.40/hr. This is a maternity leave replacement position with an expected duration of 18 months, beginning Oct 2021.

  • Job Type: Permanent/Hourly
  • Job Location: 2281 Stevenage Drive
  • Work days: Monday - Fridays
  • Scheduled Shift: 2:00pm-9:00pm approx
  • Category: Office Administration

A successful Office Administrative Assistant (Dispatch) must have extremely high multitasking capabilities, customer service experience and excellent organizational skills.

Required Skills:

  • High levels of customer service capabilities are required for this position
  • Ability to follow set procedures
  • Ability to answer customer complaints in a calm and productive manner
  • Tracking packages & other inquiries customers may have
  • Resolving any customer complaints or issues
  • Maintaining customer relations
  • Running multiple varieties of reports
  • Good organizational and multi-tasking skills
