Agilus is recruiting for a Marketing Manager for a client based in North York. Candidate would be working from home (until further notice) and will be overlooking a sales presentation centre in Markham.
Job Description:•Manage all areas of marketing (digital, print collateral, and sales office setup) for new condo development project launching Sept 2021. •Oversee marketing related communication with all external parties (purchasers/homeowners, contractors, suppliers, consultants, agencies, architects, designers, decorators). •Responsible for creating and sharing marketing communications with internal personnel (employees, co-workers, supervisors, and other departments) through presentations, emails, and events.•Support sales and customer experience team with marketing collateral needs.•Manage company website and social media pages (Twitter, Facebook, YouTube).•Actively participate in industry associations to network, share experiences, and acquire knowledge of industry standards and best practices.
Requirements:•Minimum of (3) years’ work experience in high-rise real estate, particularly in pre-constructed properties •Relevant post-secondary degree. •Highly organized with great attention to detail.•Candidate must be an excellent communicator (written, verbal and listening skills).•Copywriting experience would be considered an asset. •Proficient with Microsoft Office •Working knowledge of Adobe and Photoshop/InDesign •Proven analytical, research and report writing skills
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent, Includes great benefits package after 90 days.
Location: Company Head Office located in North York, Sales Presentation Centre located in Markham (Currently WFH)
Pay Rate: Up to $80,000 base salary plus up to 10k in bonuses, $200 gas card per month, $15 lunch reimbursement on business days
