We are currently looking for an Engineering/Business graduate with 3-5 years experience who has experience managing a team a Field Supervisor to work in the elevator installation & servicing industry.

Salary Range: 95k - 115k/yr

Primary Function

The primary function of the Field Supervisor will be to manage existing installations, oversee operations by observing customer requirements related to safety, manage project costs, manage, coach, and train field employees. The Field Supervisor will take direct control to improve customer satisfaction insupport of Branch/District objectives.

Responsibilities

•           Manage customer and company’s requirements for performance reliability, quality, as well as safety for each location under their supervision.

•           Ensure exceptional quality standards, training, and performance for all field employees.

•           Monitor performance of all hourly employees under their supervision.

•           Foster an environment where the team can improve quality and productivity.

•           Take ownership and responsibility of projects within the framework of the financial budget.

•           Maintain and manage of ongoing program

Requirements:

•           Post Secondary –preferably in Business or Engineering

•           3-5 years experience working in a similar industry which includes the sales and servicing of equipment

•           Proficient in MS Office

•           Coaching and Mentoring

•           Communication :Communicate clearly and articulately

•           Customer Service:

•           Leadership: Possess solid leadership skills

•           People Management: Ability to select, train, supervise and evaluate staff

•           Presentation: Ability to present materials clearly

•           Problem Solving

•           Teamwork: Ability to interact with all levels and be an integral part of the operation

•           Must be Bilingual (English & French)


Salary Range: 95k - 115k/yr
