Job Description:

This position retrieves, analyzes, and converts shipment and revenue performance data into useful information for the customer (i.e., Sales, Pricing, Revenue Management, and Marketing groups). He/She creates and presents requested reports that assess business results and influence senior management decision making. This position manages and maintains multiple reporting databases and reporting dashboards. He/She problem solves and documents changes, updates, and formulas during the process to ensure a complete record of the request is created. This position performs other tasks a requested.
