Agilus Work Solutions is looking to fill a Customer Service Representative/ Administrative clerk position for our client located in the polo park area. To all customer-centered people with strong administrative skills who are looking for full-time, permanent employment, guaranteed long-term job security and excellent benefits, this is the perfect opportunity for you!


Qualifications

  • Candidates who have previous customer service experience and administrative functions such but not limited to: sales and work orders; invoicing; data entering, answering phone calls.
  • Strong English oral and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft, experienced in navigating programs and platforms, and knowledge and experience with Quickbooks/ fishpool
  • Strong organization skills is a must
  • Highly resourceful and can adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Action trouble-shooter and love to exceed customer expectations. Innate nature to help others and see clients happy.

Shift:

Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm


Extra notes: The successful candidate will also be doing shipping and receiving of company products. No heavy lifting is require for this role and maximum weight of products is 30 lbs.

1/3 - Customer Service 

1/3 - Administrative Functions
