Customer Service Representative

Location: Edmonton, AB

Red Arrow is currently looking for a full-time Customer Service Representative based out of our south Edmonton office. The successful candidate must have flexible availability as shifts can include days, evenings, weekends and holidays, with shifts falling between 5:30 am and 7:30 pm. This role offers 32 - 40 hours per week.

Primary Responsibilities:
Quote fares and rates, assist customers in planning travel times and routes, make/confirm/change and cancel reservations, process payments, handle cash, assist passengers with our online booking process, greet passengers during check in process, assist with inquiries and luggage storage, safely embark and disembark coaches, provide information on company policies and perform a variety of office and cleaning duties.
