How We Work: •In tightly-knit agile teams made of developers, architects, scrum masters and product owners • Using strong automated test coverage to allow us to ship our product continuously with the quality our customers expect •Intelligently evolving our code base to meet the demands of customers and leverage the latest technology the Internet has to offer What you’ll do:-Coach, lead and manage a team of DevOps Cloud Engineers with varying experience levels-Engage in design/architecture discussions with Product and Development leaders and other stakeholders -Work hands-on with our development process and deeply involved in SDLC-Evolve the operational tooling and management infrastructure that supports the system-Work with our cutting Edgetechnology stack, which includes: AWS, Docker containers, Java, Python, React, Redux, Jenkins, Kafka, GO and more-Ability to define process with regards to customer escalation for our mission critical product-Leverage our people & their talent to take our product to the next level-Help our development teams disrupt the DNS space Our Vision of an Ideal Candidate: •Encouraging areas for growth and training •Drives BlueCat culture within the teams, cultivating an environment of high morale and engaged employees •Drives full cycle recruitment and role definition within Operations •Experienced with goal setting and continuously improving performance of individuals and teams •Passionate about building high performing, cohesive teams •Experience working on live, Production SaaS systems •Real passion for people, performance improvement and team building -Strong leadership skills BlueCat’score values are: Curiosity- We care and inquire about the challenges and needs of our customers.
