SHORELINES CASINO BELLEVILLE
TABLE GAMES DEALER – PART TIME
Team up with the industry’s best and provide great guest experiences at Shorelines Casino Belleville!
We are currently seeking driven and energetic individuals to join our growing business in eastern Ontario as a Card Dealer. This role will join our team at Shorelines Casino Belleville. Under the general direction of the Table Games Supervisor, this position is responsible for providing superior customer service and conducting all games in a precise, efficient and secure manner according to the policies and procedures.
Duties and Responsibilities Include:
- Performs opening and closing procedures for tables
- Deals table games in accordance with department standards
- Makes accurate chip exchanges and payouts
- Follows procedures to maintain security of Tables assets during play
- Takes control of table, including dealing out disruptive/disrespectful players
- Complies with all government regulations, Internal Controls and Department & Company Policies and Procedures
- Ensures compliance with licensing laws, health and safety and other statutory regulations
- Communicates with Supervisor on table issues including responsible beverage concerns, responsible gaming, Violations of table rules or other issues
- Promotes Responsible Gaming
- Uses customer service skills and behaviours, delivering exceptional experiences to internal and external guests
- Develops and cultivates strong working relationships with all stakeholders: guests, ownership, employees, vendors and regulators
- Performs other duties as assigned or directed
Successful candidates will demonstrate the following qualifications:
- High school diploma required, post-secondary education an asset
- Strong communication and mathematical skills
- Proven customer service skills
- Strong ability to follow policies, procedures and practices
- Manual dexterity and able to stand for long periods of time
- A professional appearance
- Ability to be adaptable and flexible with work schedule with the ability to work a variety of shifts including nights and weekends as we operate seven days a week & are open 24/7 on weekends.
- Smart Serve certification
