Customer Service Specialist – $17-$22 per hour Benefits – Edmonton, Alberta

The Role

Are you an excellent verbal and written communicator with good customer service skills, looking to take on a new challenge? Would you like the opportunity to develop your talents and build a rewarding career within a dynamic team? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you.

Titan Advertising Group is an on-site, promotional advertising company that specializes in promoting and fundraising on behalf of charities and non-profit organizations. We are currently looking for Customer Service Specialists to represent The Canadian Red Cross, UNICEF, and World Wildlife Fund.

Key Responsibilities:

The key responsibilities of a Customer Service Specialist include, but are not limited to:

  • Participate in awareness and fundraising campaigns in residential communities and/or high traffic points.
  • Represent and fundraise on behalf of our non-profit clients.
  • Daily one-on-one interaction with customers.
  • Neighborhood canvassing, promoting at mall kiosks and/or events.
  • Participate in daily training sessions.

The Benefits

  • 40 hours per week, guaranteed
  • Afternoon shifts available (11:30pm-8:00pm)
  • Monday to Friday, No Weekends
  • Hourly pay ($17-$22 per hour)

The Person

The key skills and qualities of Customer Service Specialist are:

  • Experience in customer service/sales is great - but not required
