We've got the perfect role for you!Agilus is recruiting for several Administrative Assistants in the office professional sector in Burnaby, British Columbia. Our amazing clients are always looking for the best administrative staff to join their organization. We work with excellent companies that are looking to fill multiple roles. Some of these roles include: Administrative Assistant| Contract Administrator | Office Administrator| Records Management Administrator| Executive Assistant|Reception Responsibilities:

  • Filing/maintaining documents and contracts, data entry, drafting reports
  • Schedule meetings, create meeting agendas and take notes, answer emails/calls
  • Process expense reports and invoicing
  • Customer service and other admin duties depending on the unique role
Successful candidates will have:
  • Minimum 1-year experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office ( Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint etc.)
What's in it for you:
  • $20.00 - $28.00 hourly
  • Generally, $20+ hourly, depending on the role
  • Full time roles, Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm
  • Locations include Burnaby and Vancouver
  • Permanent and contract roles
