This is a full-time permanent opportunity located within our Prince George Sales Branch which manages the rentals and logistics for our space rentals fleet within Northern British Colombia. RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Greet and develop relationships with current and potential customers via telephone and face to face
  • Respond to routine requests from the sales team on equipment availability for pending rentals
  • Assist in preparing quotes, liaising with clients and managing other in-house projects
  • Price and prepare rental and sales quotes (including pricing, modifications and submissions of all simple drawings)
  • Maintain sales paperwork and leads in Sales Force
  • Coordinate the transportation of our space rentals fleet through coordinating with various stakeholders including the customer, operations, and sales teams
  • Maintain a fleet availability list for all units in the regional space rentals fleet, including floor plans, specifications and costing information
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of all ATCO products, including current market pricing to ensure profitable and competitive position
  • Keep abreast of competition, competitive issues, products, drawing registers, fleet/product lists and compliance changes
  • Maintain regular contact with potential customers to strengthen relationship and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Manage administrative activities for the office such as mail distribution, reporting, scheduling meetings, and preparing quotes for customers

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • College or University Education or Courses
  • 1-5 years of previous experience in a sales or administrative role is preferred
