Description: Are you looking for a new opportunity? Are you looking to join a company to build a dynamic and diverse team?  Our client is currently seeking a Director of Sales for their expansion into the Canadian Market.  If you are enthusiastic about SaaS products, selling and being a leader than this opportunity is for you. 

This job will have the following responsibilities:
  • As the Director of Sales for Canada and US, you will play a significant sales role by strategizing, evangelizing and selling our product which is a Multifactor Authentication (MFA) SaaS product, Blockchain, Identity and Access Management platforms to Canada and US prospects (companies with 500-10,000 employees)
  •  Meet and exceed all quarterly and annual sales quotas 
  • Develop long-term relationships with customers as well as develop the account plans for new relationships
  •  Responsible for navigating through an enterprise organization to leverage cross selling opportunities 
  • Leverage existing cloud providers relationships and accelerate channel sales opportunities
  •   Generate leads from cold calling, inbound marketing campaigns, outbound prospecting calls, tradeshows and regional networking events 
  •  Precisely and efficiently  forecast quarterly and monthly sales
  •   Possess a full understanding of customers’ specific decision-making and purchasing process 
  • Close new business deals by coordinating requirements, developing and negotiating contracts
  • Develop and manage sales pipeline activity and monitor sales activity against assigned quotas
  • Acquire and integrate industry knowledge related to general trends, emerging technologies, and competitors

Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Bachelors Degree and or Masters Degree
  • A strong and proven sales hunter and closer 
  •  Overall,  10+ years of enterprise software selling experience including 5+ years of enterprise SaaS software product sales 
  •  Experience in Identity Management, Blockchain, Cloud Technologies or Managed services ideal and considered a plus 
  •  A strong history of quota attainment in a SaaS product sales role 
  • Experience in selling  Cloud, Security, MFA, IAM and SSO technology/ product selling 
  • Sale Closing skills, prospecting skills and sales planning skills
  •  Proven track record selling SaaS enterprise software into large/complex accounts 
  •  Excellent communication and presentations skills with top-notch customer service approach
  •  Be able to work independently & as part of a team in a fast paced, rapid change environment 
  •  Experience selling at the "C" Level
