Our Client, located in the Halton region is seeking a Senior Project Manager to manage client interaction, project planning and execution of large-scale industrial manufacturing projects (up to ~$100M) for a worldwide customer base. 
Your role will involve: • Leading and directing a multi-disciplinary team to achieve first-rate project delivery • Involvement through the complete life cycle from concept to commissioning and customer sign off • Resolving complex or technical issues, managing client relations and mitigating risks to ensure the project adheres to contractual, budgetary and scheduling goals • Providing clarity of customer specifications, developing budgets, coordinating mechanical, electrical and controls design, fabrication, quality control, delivery planning, installation coordination and commissioning scheduling plus resources planning • Providing leadership and mentoring to more junior members of the Project Management Team • Coordinating interface between various internal, external and client groups 
This position is based out of our head office in Burlington, or remotely, and requires regular international travel. What You Offer • 10-15 years+ experience in manufacturing, fabrication and operations environments with a bachelor’s degree or diploma in engineering • Project Management Professional designation an asset • Experience working on large-scale projects, ideally in gypsum or large-scale material handling industries, with budgets and timelines • A leader who develops strong client relationships and organizational skills • Commitment to excellence and continuous improvement • Strong communication skills with an unwavering desire to tackle new challenges and uncover practical solutions to problems • Advanced knowledge of MS Office, AutoCAD, ERP/MRP systems and MS Project.
