Agilus Work Solutions is recruiting for a Receptionist/ Admin clerk that is on-call and on-going term positions for number of clients we have in the city!

General accountabilities:

  • Providing exceptional customer service over a 4-line phone system and in person
  • Data entry
  • Receiving and distributing daily mail
  • Updating customer information and ensuring complete accuracy
  • Take cash and POS payments from customers

Requirements:

  • Ability to multitask is important (phones, customers, internal employee requests)
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Must see the value in a job and have an excellent work ethic
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail are required
  • Flexible schedule to be ready any time for on-call placement/ staff coverage in client locations within the city
