Our client a well renowned Pharmacy chain across Canada is looking for a Delivery lead for a long term project opportunity.
Below are the details of the role:-
Duration - 6-24 Months
Description:-
This position requires...
* Must be bilingual fluent in English and French.
*A minimum of 3 years of project management experience delivering in an agile environment
*Understanding of the national pharmacy landscape and key market trends that may impact the Program
*Extensive knowledge of product development processes and software development life cycle
* Exposure to working on cloud projects and having solid technical expertise with application development or managing complex application development projects.
*The ability to successfully manage competing priorities
*The ability to manage parallel work threads as part of a project
*Proficiency with MS Office suite of products including Visio, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
*Strong influence and teamwork skills
*Strong critical thinking and decision making skills
*The ability to lead a team to deliver mid-to-large sized projects with moderate to high degrees of complexity
*The ability to build, direct, and influence stakeholders and project teams
Experience
*5-7 years of similar and/or related work experience
*Experience with application management and the systems development lifecycle
*Prior experience in managing software products through the entire lifecycle – from initial requirements gathering through product release and rollout
*Experience in strategic, tactical, operational and organizational planning
Education
*University degree in computer science, engineering, information technology, business, related subject area, or equivalent experience
*Agile certifications are valuable but not required
*Strong integration, banks, insurance, worked with big massive systems. Lots of transactions and complex system
*Have right attitude and demonstrate they have done similar things in past.
*Person should be able to collaborate and work with teams.
