Agilus is recruiting for a Field Supervisor - Cranes in the Heavy Equipment Industry in Fort McMurray, Alberta. Are you local to Fort McMurray and looking for a supervisory position? As a Field Service Supervisor you will be responsible for a group of 3 individuals, delegating work, monitoring equipment and ensuring the job is completed safely and efficiently. A typical day:

• Perform vehicle safety and satellite shop inspections, where facilities exist.
• Work closely with Inside Sales team by forwarding sales leads, collect needed information for repair quotes, including verifying accurate and complete information from field operatives.
• Receive and screen calls from all Field Operatives and Inspectors. Relay any information needed to Planners.
• Resolve complex technical problems. Coordinate schedule with Planners. Stage, organize and verify equipment and parts for jobs, where needed.
• Perform field work including but not limited to; repairs, inspections, on-call work, troubleshooting, project management, installations and warranty work.

Successful candidates will have:

• Red Seal Journeyman Electrician with 8000 hours or more servicing cranes.
• Local to Fort McMurray or able to fly in/fly out.
• Valid drivers license and driving record in good standing.
• Great customer service skills.
• Previous supervisory experience considered an asset.

Total rewards:

• $45.00 - $50.00 hourly
• Comprehensive benefits coverage.
