EA SPORTS VANCOUVER is looking for a dynamic, Vice President of Global Brand Management , with experience and achievement in brand strategy, product and live-service marketing. Reporting to the VP of Global Brand Management, for all of EA SPORTS, this role oversees brand strategy for all EA SPORTS FIFA branded product experiences across console, mobile, PC, and more.


In partnership with franchise leadership, lead in the creation of multi-year franchise visions and plan that anticipates the player needs and motivations across platforms and geographies to achieve annual and long term commercial and quality goals. The VP will partner directly with franchise Executive Producer and GM on the annual strategy and be accountable for the annual core player metrics of each FIFA gaming experience, across every platform. Develop the product marketing and our strategy for FIFA titles and determine appropriate target audiences, business models, and product/service feature sets. Be the main driver for FIFA licensing, new business models, player health and wellness, and live service evolution strategies. Partner with the Global Publishing Organization and Finance in forecasting and demand planning, and performance management. Provide the Brand Strategy leadership that defines the Marketing roles, and deliverable from product creation through live service. Make strategic decisions in partnership with EA SPORTS leadership to have a global impact and affect the quality/revenue potential for our games. Manage teams working directly with essential licenses, brand partners, and platform partners.

Experience :

Experience directing a department of marketing professionals, preferably within the entertainment, sports, online, and games industry. Expertise developing creative consumer strategies, mass market marketing ideas, brand marketing, and direct to consumer performance-based marketing. Have broad experience of all facets of the marketing discipline including market research, product positioning, consumer promotions, online innovation and stellar creative development Experience working on leading brands that have consumer awareness and interest. Experience with digital product offerings. Exercise a high degree of influence Create exciting breakthrough marketing plans. Creative and resourceful thinking Knowledge / passionate fan of sport and games are a plus.EA is an equal opportunity employer.
