What you will do:

• Lead the day-to-day Agile tasks of a cross-functional team of Software Developers, QA, and Test Engineers, removing roadblocks, influencing work, and implementing best practices.
• Oversee the tactical aspects of building world-class frameworks and in-demand features, as you align the product roadmap with the company strategy balancing multiple internal and external client priorities.
• Nurture a collaborative, creative, and dedicated team providing mentorship, career coaching, and evaluation.
• Partner with the UI/UX team to deliver a framework and UI architecture that is scalable and responsive, driving refactoring efforts such as accessibility remediation and migration to the latest UI frameworks such as React.

Who you are:

You are a technical expert and a collaborative Agile team leader who can seamlessly negotiate and prioritize competing demands, balancing needs and requirements, generating consensus, and working through ambiguity. You have:

• A proven track record of building cloud-based, enterprise products, and a deep understanding of multi-tenant cloud web applications.
• Hands-on exposure to working in a .NET framework, with relational databases, and modern JavaScript libraries such as React, Dojo, Angular, Backbone. 
• A passion for collaboration, building relationships at any level, and inspiring the work of cross-functional teams. 
• A drive to exceed customer expectations through continuous innovation and improvements.
