This Customer Service Representative position in the Retail field via OfficeTeam is perfect for someone who likes the idea of working in a dynamic, rapidly changing call center. You might be the Customer Service Representative we're looking for, if you're articulate and highly-skilled, and love building solid customer relationships. This could be the North York, Ontario Customer Service Representative position you're looking for, if you're available for a short-term temporary engagement.

- Handle incoming telephone calls

- Provide accurate, friendly customer service in a timely fashion

- Field and send written business correspondence

- Be a part of business development by by actively cross-selling and referring customers
- Proven experience going the extra mile to solve complex customer inquiries via extensive research

- Ability to exude confidence, knowledge, and empathy when interacting with internal and external partners and clients/customers

- Strong problem solving and analytical skills

- 2+ years' experience of demonstrated performance in a goal-driven & customer-focused environment preferred

- Proficient with diversified computer software and systems

- Excellent oral and written communication skills

- Customer service and office administrative skills

- Strong technical skills including proficiency with MS Office

- Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly

- Solid understanding of Call Center Customer Service

- Positive attitude and an engaging businesslike approach
