Quicken Loans Windsor, Ontario Full Time

Preferred Qualifications 

  • 1 year of experience working with data sets
  • 1 year of experience using Microsoft Excel for data analysis
  • 1 year of experience using SQL or other querying languages to create data sets
  • Bachelor's degree in business, mathematics, applied statistics or a related field
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, including PowerBi
  • Knowledge of SQL or other querying languages

Job Summary

The Business Metrics Analyst works closely with business leaders and technology to create reports and analyze metrics to make determinations about the needs of the business. The Business Metrics Analyst operates many different technology systems and collaborates with Strategy and Analytics teams to discuss and analyze findings. It's imperative that the analyst have high-level communication skills and be outcome-driven when discussing metrics and business solutions. 


  • Gather, analyze and interpret business-relevant data using spreadsheets or database applications
  • Support strategy and analytics with the development and implementation of lead allocation strategies
  • Create, maintain, and assist with the preparation of business area data reports
  • Perform analyses and communicate findings to business partners with the purpose of understanding or making conclusions for decision-making purposes
  • Learn and use tools for gathering data
