Intermediate Full Stack Developer – Digital Responsibilities
- Ensure cohesive experience across multiple devices
- Develop scalable solutions with performance and security in mind
- Have the dedication to learn and research new technologies
- Ability to document the workflow whenever it's needed
- Doing code reviews and improvements with other developers
- Maintaining codebase and making improvements when necessary
- Document APIs and Components for other Developers
- Incorporate Accessibility as part of the development process
- Knowledge about database management and architecture
- Understand what technologies other teams are using
- Work with designers to help them understand possible technical restrictions
- Identify problem areas in code & solutions
- Assist with and rapidly test solutions for the team
Intermediate Full Stack Developer – Digital Mandatory Skills
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 configuration and recent certification in modern platform aspects
- Experience with configuring custom solutions in Microsoft 365 using tools such as UI fabric, adaptive cards, site design and apps for Microsoft Teams
- Past on-premise migrations to SharePoint Online and Microsoft Teams, and relevant tools such as SPMT & ShareGate
- Proficiency in programming using PowerShell, SharePoint Online cmdlets, Microsoft Teams cmdlets, SharePoint PnP cmdlets, Azure AD cmdlets, Typescript, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and responsive web design
- A highly collaborative team member
- Excellent verbal communication skills, able to formulate proposals and interact with end users in playbacks or testing
- Strong written communication skills, able to generate technical and support documentation
Intermediate Full Stack Developer – Digital Nice to Have Skills
- Experience in building scalable production services and monitoring performance (we use Kibana, NewRelic)
- Experience with clustering technologies (we use Kubernetes)
- Familiarity with the Docker ecosystem
- Experience working with custom eCommerce platforms
- Experience working with a Content Management System, Contentful
