Dynamic and rapidly growing, OfficeTeam is looking for an experienced New Business Administrator to join their client in the insurance industry. As the Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for various office support and administrative while providing support to the managers and employees. This full-time opportunity, this Administrative Assistant opportunity is located in Thornhill, Ontario area. The daily responsibilities may include but is not limited to the following: General clerical duties Manage and follow-up pending cases with carriers and brokers Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system Handle requests for information and data Resolve administrative problems and inquiries Prepare written responses to routine enquiries Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments
Qualifications: 2 or more years of experience Experience with Life Insurance would be considered an asset Solid computer skills including Microsoft Office Strong communication skills both verbal and written Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to complete tasks in a timely manner
