Job Description

Our simulation development team is growing! Join our team on this well established government contract! In this role, you will have the opportunity to perform the following tasks:

  • Perform software development duties. 
  • Work on the development and maintenance of the CH146 Helicopter Mission Rehearsal and Tactics Trainer. (MRTT)
  • This is a virtual simulator that is base on COTS hardware and simulation software based on a wide variety of products produced by various OEMs and integrated by our team.


  • Must be able to demonstrate at least 5 years of working experience as a Software Engineer. 
  • The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's Degree or better in Sciences, Engineering, Computer Science or Mathematics, with Modeling and Simulation courses.
  • The ideal candidate is actively working toward a CMPSP (Certified Modeling and Simulation Professional) Certificate or an equivalent industry recognized qualification. 
  • The ideal candidate can demonstrate experience in the following area's:
    • At least 3 years in the past 5 years designing, coding, and testing C++ and Java programming in a modeling and simulation environment.
    • At least 4 years in the past 10 years working in a Microsoft, and Unix or Linux operating system environment.
    • At least 2 years in the past 5 years developing HLA compliant simulation systems.
    • At least 4 years in the past 10 years working with Image Generation and display systems.

Additional Information

  • Must hold a valid 'Secret' level federal government security clearance and must be eligible to apply for the 'Controlled Goods Assessment'
  • Must be able to provide 2 project references from previous clients where you performed software development or maintenance duties.
