Aurora is recruiting a compassionate, accurate and tenacious BILINGUAL COMPLIANCE ADMINISTRATION AGENT to work with our dynamic team near Cremona, Alberta. Supporting our existing medicinal cannabis client base, this is an ideal position for a friendly and team-oriented candidate who thrives in a bustling environment. This position is full-time with regular hours of Monday - Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm.

Responsibilities:

Work with French clients, in assisting them with orders and inquiries Translate English documentation to French Check and validate client applications and medical documents, and save them in the client database Help keep clients organized so that all the required information and documents are collected Set up client profiles and ensure applicants have all required documentation to be eligible for ordering medical cannabis Assist clients via telephone and email Follow up with clients and clinics, when applicable Assist with clients in a respectful, professional manner and remain calm and supportive in challenging situations

Requirements:

Must be fluent in French (verbal & written) Ability to accurately translate English documentation to French 5+ years of Customer Service and/or Administration experience High School Diploma or equivalent. Post-secondary education preferred Excellent communication skills, oral and written Computer proficiency and accurate data entry Must be patient and have ability to work with a diverse customer base Must be organized and follow up in a timely manner Must be compassionate and personable, as you may be dealing with people who are anxious, stressed or in pain Proven history of attention to detail Ability to keep client information strictly confidential Ability to work in a fast-paced environment This position works in a facility where employees may be exposed to cannabis/plant materials, and it is therefore not likely suitable for an employee that may suffer from allergies to cannabis/plant pollen material, or experience other medical issues, such as asthma and hay fever, as a result of cannabis/plant material exposure.
