Primary Function:

This role exists to interface with sellers and sales leaders on complex pricing inquiries and requests to ensure pricing is accurate, problems are identified and solved, and processes are followed and improved. This requires the need to apply critical thinking and consulting multiple data sources and systems that are utilized to research and execute. Additionally, this role requires expertise in the capabilities, complexities, and interdependencies that exist in processes and technology. This individual will also interact heavily with GTG, CLPMs, Sales Coordinators, Sales Effectiveness, Reporting & Analytics, and Pricing Strategy.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Manage the CSP renewal process to ensure the appropriate pricing is implemented, timelines are defined and followed, and exceptions are managed.
  • Partner with sellers, sales leaders, and Pricing Strategy on high impact customers to solicit input and determine CSP renewal strategy & actions every 120 days.
  • Respond and assist in solving complex pricing inquiries from Sellers and Sales Leaders, Sales Coordinators, CLPMs, and other business partners.
  • Facilitate the end-to-end process for new pricing requests that require significant oversight due to the level of complexity of the pricing offer and ensure accurate pricing is deployed to the customer.
  • Directly partner and build relationships with Sales Leaders to solve problems, provide guidance and recommendations to resolve complex pricing issues and make effective pricing decisions.
  • Communicate Pricing Execution processes, governance, and engagement guidelines with Sales Leaders.
  • Develop productive working relationships with multiple business partners to manage pricing processes, answer questions, recommend and implement improvements, and ensure communications are timely, thorough, and actionable.


Preferred Education & Experience:

  • A four-year degree, or its equivalent experience
  • Analytical and critical thinking skills to make business decisions
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills
  • Resourcefulness and agility in day to day work as priorities adjust
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Ability to leverage both business and financial acumen with technical skills to deliver results
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate and influence stakeholders
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to identify problems and determine effective and efficient corrective actions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Access, etc.), SQL, Teradata
  • Preferably knowledge of SAP, VBA, PowerBI and Tableau
