The result is our world-wide clients’ can build better software, faster and more securely, to enhance their pace of innovation.

We are in a great position to capitalize on the tremendous industry growth of DevOps, a field driving how companies accelerate Digital Transformation. We offer both the excitement and agility of a startup and the profitability, safe haven, and client opportunities of an established company.

We are very excited about our growth and looking to expand our team of innovators, consultants, and collaborators, who drive that success. Every day, everyone here strives to be an active part of the best DevOps product and delivery teams our clients have ever worked with. This is a chance to work with the best, at the best job you've ever had. We ask for your ideas, expertise, and commitment. In return, we give you access to smart people, an opportunity to further your knowledge, and the chance to build innovation for the real world.

Who we need

Reporting to the Director of Platform Services, we need an AWS Certified Cloud Engineer who shares our passion for delivering and servicing DevOps tools on our platform, while being obsessed with delighting the customer.

As our new AWS Certified Cloud Engineer, you will be architecting, designing, provisioning, network engineering the AWS environment and deploying DevOps tools to the AWS platform.  You will work with tools including Jenkins, GitHub, and Artifactory; set up cloud workloads; mentor fellow engineers, and prioritize the delivery of an exceptional experience to customers. Our clients trust us to deliver the best solutions - and we empower them to engage with those solutions fully. No two projects or clients are the same.

As a company that has evolved our service and solution offerings to meet the needs of our clients, we need you to help bolster our insights and the expertise to expand our market share. Our experience and vendor partnerships with industry leaders (i.e., Atlassian, AWS, Cloudbees, GitHub, GitLab, Sonatype, SonarSource) are keys to our success. Our team of innovators, consultants, and collaborators drive that success. Right now, we are in an excellent position to accelerate the Digital Transformation of our clients with our DevOps SaaS Platform.

Who you are

You are an AWS Certified Engineer with expertise in automation and deploying of resilient solutions using infrastructure as code. You are excited by the opportunity to expand beyond a single system or setup and work with multiple client systems and DevOps solutions. With outstanding communication skills to collaborate with leadership, and a proactive approach, you are a valued contributor to product strategy and guiding engineering solutions..

What’s in it for you?

True collaboration. You will work closely with enterprise clients who welcome the expertise we bring, the work we do, and the solutions we introduce. We take a ”one team” approach that translates to being involved in the project, with the client, from the moment the contract is signed. It’s a different way of working, one that guarantees access to the information and people we need in order to deliver on our promises.

Knowledge and exposure. As a smaller team, all of our engineers have the opportunity to work across the project from the domain to integration; from containerization to networking. This is a place where Consultants, Engineers, Product and Development, and leadership come together to foster a genuine environment of knowledge sharing and support. Working with the smartest people allows you to focus on your deliverables, trusting that the team is doing the same, with access to a rapid feedback loop.

Career advancement. As the company grows, so will your career. We prioritize the development and recognition of our people, providing opportunities to mentor and be mentored, and building out career paths. We’ve had engineers grow into Leads; Support Specialists expand their reach to work across multiple large-scale clients and expand the reach and scope of the work our Cloud Engineers perform. There is endless scope for learning, including the opportunity to advance your AWS certification and gain training and certification in other platforms and products.

What you will do:

  • Utilize Infrastructure as Code (laC) to implement full automation and operational support of new or existing customer environments.
  • Design and document data structures, architecture, and process flow for AWS-based workloads.
  • Collaborate and drive continuous improvement with various teams on the development and evolution of technical and architectural roadmaps.
  • Present and share insights and input with leadership on existing and future product roadmaps.
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert, advising clients and performing evaluations of new technologies and third-party solutions making recommendations on simplest and most cost effective  solutions.
  • Provide technical expertise for Secure by Design/ Compliance-related deployments.

What you bring:

  • The expertise. You have a degree in Computer Science or Engineering. You are AWS certified. You have direct experience designing, monitoring and supporting DevOps solutions and Cloud infrastructure. You have an understanding of standard architecture and infrastructure, and increasing efficiency through automation.
  • The technical translation skills. You can work with product managers, cross-functional teams, and customers, translating practical feedback into technical requirements and back again. You thrive on acting as the communication bridge.
  • The drive. You genuinely enjoy thinking out loud to create the best solutions to complex, tricky problems, using the latest processes. You can focus on the big picture and the details.

Our people empower our clients; we empower them.

We are equally passionate about our clients as we are the people who make up our teams. We look for and welcome smart, talented people. Narrow role descriptions do not constrain our teams. They are empowered to pragmatically solve problems, with the autonomy to make decisions that will drive success for our clients. Employee success is driven by our customer obsession.

We work hard to stay connected and relay our appreciation for our people. With a wellness allowance, lunch-and-learn demo opportunities, and (remote) social gatherings, this is a place that prioritizes the need for balancing career development, physical well-being, and mental health.
