Our client, one of the leading Fintech Organizations in the world, is looking for a loan payment specialist to join their team in the Mississauga area on a contract to permanent basis.

The responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to the following duties:

- Handling inbound customer service related duties

- Educate and assist callers with debt management by identifying needs and assessing financial capacity; provide customized best-fit solutions and repayment options
- Utilize problem solving and negotiation skills to collect required payments
- Updating customer profiles/accounts as necessary
- Other ad-hoc tasks

MUST HAVE QUALIFICATIONS

1) Previous Customer Service Experience (retail, fast food, call center, corporate office, etc)

2) Basic Computer Skills
