Customer Service Representative

Location: Red Deer, AB

Red Arrow is looking for a part-time Customer Service Representative based out of its Red Deer Ticket Office. The successful candidate will work Sunday 10:00 am - 6:30 pm and a split shift Tuesday 10:00 am - 1:00 pm / 3:45 pm - 6:45 pm.

Primary Responsibilities:
Quote fares and rates, assist customers in planning travel times and routes, make/confirm/change and cancel reservations, process payments, handle cash, assist passengers with our online booking process, greet passengers during check in process, assist with inquiries and luggage storage, safely embark and disembark coaches, provide information on company policies and perform a variety of office and cleaning duties.

  • Ability to search for and retrieve information
  • Ability to learn and retain large amounts of changing information
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and use of a computer
