Are you a friendly and self-motivated customer service representative or a recent graduate with excellent communication, active listening and problem solving skills? Agilus is recruiting for several Customer Service Representatives in the various industries in Mississauga, Ontario. The customer Service Representative will provide support to customers resolving customer queries and provide solutions to ensure the customer is satisfied. Responsibilities include managing inbound calls, emails and chat with accuracy and efficiency A typical day:

  • Deliver first class customer experiences answering questions, troubleshooting issues, and providing information in response to concerns and requests
  • Enjoy fast-paced days full of problem-solving and connecting with customers by phone, email, chat via inbound calls
  • Learn to identify customer needs or desires in order to recommend the appropriate product or service
Successful candidates will have:
  • Past experience in a customer service or technical support role, preferably in a call center environment
  • An ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely manner
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) and listening skills
  • A flexible schedule
