[ POSITION DETAILS / JOB TITLE / LEVEL OF SENIORITY ]
In this Workday technical analyst role, you'll be applying your knowledge of information systems to help improve the operational efficiency of a busy Vancouver educational institution. This is a multi-faceted role, where you'll use many of your different skills. Some days you'll be meeting with stakeholders and even shadowing them to understand their daily routines. Other days, you'll be analysing data from the system to spot trends and patterns. And of course you'll share your findings and recommendations, through reports, dashboards and presentations. Never a dull moment.

[-] You have experience working with an enterprise HCM or HRIS software package, such as SAP Success Factors, Workday, Oracle HCM, Ceridian, Dayforce, etc
[-] You have experience working with database technology and related reporting software (e.g. MS SQL Server, MS Excel, MS Access, SSRS, Tableau, Crystal Reports, etc)
[-] You enjoy speaking with various people both inside and outside the organization to understand business processes and workflows
[-] You are comfortable presenting your findings both in written format and in person to an audience
[ VISA / RELOCATION SUPPORT ]
[-] Preference will be given to candidates who are currently in Canada with proper working permission to work in Canada
[-] This role will start as a remote role, but will eventually transition back to onsite work in Vancouver
[-] No relocation or VISA sponsorship support will be offered for this role
