Our client, a large multi-national financial organization located in Downtown Toronto, is looking for the immediate assistance of a General Office Clerk for a long term temporary opportunity. Reporting to the Vice President, the General Office Clerk will be responsible for working a wide range of administrative tasks.

Day to day duties will include but not limited to:
- Data entry and verifying information
- Extensive use of the Microsoft Office suite
- Filing, faxing, photocopying
- 1 Year of Office Clerk or Administrative experience

- Ability to handle multiple tasks to prioritize needs and expedite tasks upon request

- Proven flexibility to adapt to changes in procedures and job assignments

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel, PowerPoint and Word

- Experience handling office equipment

- Excellent communication and organizational skills
