Help Desk Analyst
Classification: Help Desk Analyst III
Compensation: $55000.00 to $72000.00 yearly
Robert Half Technology is looking to hire a full time Help Desk Specialist to join a client that is rapidly expanding in the West GTA Region. This is an exciting opportunity within a STRONG organization within a STABLE industry. One thing to note is that this is not your typical Help Desk role, you will be involved in complex projects to keep your growth and development in mind.

Compensation: $55k to $70k (Some flex for the right experience) + Bonus + 2 Weeks Vacation + Strong Benefits + Additional Perks
Requirements:
- Minimum 3+ years working in a Help Desk / Tech Support / IT Specialist type role
- Providing L1 / L2 Support + Working on Intermediate / Senior level projects
- Windows (Windows Workstations) / Office 365
- Hardware support (Laptops, Desktops, Cellphones, Printers etc)
- Active Directory; group policies
- Exchange
- MDM
- Providing in person support (not just virtually, email or phone)
- Device prep for new employees joining the organization
