Job Description:

Job Summary
This part time position provides customer service to internal and external customers includes problem solving and maintaining professional relationships. He/She enters data for order processing, document scanning, shipment routing, etc. Requires flexibility and willingness to jump in when required.

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am - 1pm. Flexibility with hours is key, sometimes may be more/less.

Rate: $14.70/Hour

Responsibilities:

• Completes and provides various reports and provides analysis as needed.

• Assist with package rewrap

• Some lifting may be required

• Assist in the office with phone calls, address customer concerns

• May assist dispatcher with driver pick ups

• Scan, check, process paperwork

Qualifications:

• High school diploma, GED, or International equivalent

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Multi-tasking abilities

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook

• Willing to work flexible hours and overtime on occasion
