Market Access Field Manger,Oncology (West) is responsible for driving optimal product reimbursement forJanssen oncology products in Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta, and BC, includingengagement and relationships with reimbursement decision-makers and influencers.  The Market Access Field Manager, Oncology(West) will also collaborate on national reimbursement strategies for assignedproducts with Market Access Strategy Teams.

Lead and implement regionalreimbursement strategies designed to enable optimal public drug plan coveragefor Janssen oncology products, including future products, in the West, incollaboration within the Access department and other Janssen business partnersas needed. Through participation on MarketAccess Strategy Teams, collaborate on the development of national reimbursementstrategies for specific assigned products. Provide deep insights andexpertise of oncology market access dynamics provincially to drive optimalsuccess for Janssen business plans Develop and maintain strongnetworks of regional oncology reimbursement decision-makers and influencersbased on trust and credibility, and integrate in the development of strategicreimbursement plans Participate in negotiations ofpublic formulary listings with pCPA, as required and ensure rapid execution ofproduct listing agreements in assigned provinces Ongoing account management oflistings, product listing agreements and market access policies Engage and partner withregional sales, marketing and medical affairs activities and plans Lead key emerging oncologytechnology strategies within the field team (example CAR-T/companiondiagnostics) #jnjmarketaccess

Qualifications
Required: A minimum of a Bachelors degreein life sciences or political science. A minimum of 3-5 yearsexperience in the pharmaceutical industry and/or government (Provincial/FederalMinistry of Health). Knowledge of the oncology payerand healthcare environment, and related customers Strong interpersonal,presentation and communication skills, scientific and analytical skills. Demonstration of stronginterdependent partnering and high level of customer focus. Demonstrates the competenciesin strong collaboration & teaming, strategic and innovative thinking andthe ability to master complexity. 50% travel depending on homelocation Preferred: Government, customer-facingroles, market access roles in pharmaceuticals Experience with negotiating anasset Experience working in multipletherapeutic areas a strong asset.
