Permacon, a CRH Company, is a leader and pioneer in the manufacturing of concrete masonry and landscaping products.  Permacon is a division of Oldcastle® Architectural and operates 9 plants in Ontario and Quebec. 

We are currently looking for a Customer Service Coordinator for our Woodstock Office.

Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, the Customer Service Coordinator will be mainly responsible for delivering superior customer service by ensuring order and invoice accuracy and on-time product delivery.

More specifically, he or she will be the lead person for the customer service department and all its functions. Having a keen eye for detail is extremely important. Order entry, dispatching, timely communication, managing inventory and dispatching are the key functions of this role.

Required qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant customer service and dispatch \ logistic experience 
  • Excellent communication and organization skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong computer knowledge and skills
  • Team player & leadership skills
  • Ability to cope with stress in a highly fast paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • French language spoken/written an asset but not mandatory
