Desktop Deployment Specialist
On behalf of our client, Procom is seeking 3 qualified Desktop Deployment Specialists for a 2 month contract in Calgary, AB.

Desktop Deployment Specialist Job Details
Provide deployment, support, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of all technology including desktops, laptops, tablet devices, cellular devices, printers, and other devices typically kept in a workplace environment

Desktop Deployment Specialist Mandatory Skills

  • 3-5 years IT experience (Desktop support, IT Technician, Deployment specialist…)
  • Past experience in hardware deployment
  • Working knowledge of Windows PC, Apple / Mac, and Android devices, including experience installing and configuring operating software and joining computers to a domain
  • Experience with Mac OS and IMAC, and MacBook (High volume of Macbooks will be deployed)
  • Experience with deployment automation tool: Desktop Central (a plus), Ivanti, SCCM, Alterix,
  • Be Organized, self-motivated, ongoing learner, who is able to work as part of a team
  • Have a good time management, time efficient
  • Be able to lift up to 10 lbs - (Laptop only )/ no heavy equipment
