Remarketing Customer Service

This Remarketing Customer Service position in the Automotive field via Robert Half is perfect for someone who likes the idea of working in a dynamic, rapidly changing organization. If you are articulate and highly-skilled, you might be the candidate we are looking for to build solid customer relationships. This job is a 1 year contract and located onsite in Markham, Ontario.
Your responsibilities:
What you will be doing: Manage Remarketing lists and follow up for the return of leased vehicles past their scheduled maturity date. Collection of outstanding and/or excess charges (ie invoicing of additional charges for excess kilometers, excess wear and tear, missing equipment, payments, miscellaneous fees) . Answer incoming calls, process paperwork, extension of lease contracts, Dealer Condition Reports etc. Resolve outstanding issues with dealers/customers at lease end (payouts, invoices, security deposit etc), processing daily reports. Preparing vehicles for auction for disposal in a timely manner
What you bring:
Minimum high school diploma or GED
Must be bilingual – French and English Excellent communication and negotiation skills
The ability to connect with dealerships and customers
Team oriented, flexible and proactive
Prior inbound and outbound call center experience is an asset
