The Role:
The Director of Marketing will align, optimize and continuously improve the Procom Marketing function leading to a material and measurable positive impact on Procom’s revenue, profitability, external brand and culture.
Drive a new customer acquisition process
Build a world class brand and customer experience at Procom
Job Responsibilities:
Own Procom’s marketing strategy in partnership with the Senior Leadership Team
Own Procom’s annual marketing plan and budget
Build, manage and coach a high-performing marketing team through a combination of internal resources and external vendor partners where needed
Own Procom’s brand from a visual identity and messaging perspective. Maintain brand standards and ensure compliance across all marketing and communications channels
Work closely with the sales department to align sales and marketing strategies
Establish a framework for tracking the success of our marketing initiatives
Communicate Procom’s Mission, Vision and Value statements to all stakeholders
Understand the competitive environment and launch/lead initiatives to acquire customers, customer, market share and achieve profitable growth
Identify competitors, evaluate their strategies and positioning and devise counterstrategies
Direct and support market research collection, analysis, and interpretation of market data for short- and long-term market forecasts and reports
Build long term relationships with employees, clients, government officials and stakeholders
Job Requirements:
Previous working experience as a Director of Marketing for 7+ year(s)
Proven experience executing a marketing plan that led to significant growth
Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams to increase revenue and profitability
Previous experience managing a marketing budget including forecasting and tracking
Deep understanding of digital marketing (website, SEO, content / inbound, PPC, social media, etc.)
Staffing, enterprise sales or professional services marketing experience is preferred
Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills
MA degree in Marketing, Communications, or similar relevant field
