Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager of UI/UX to lead our design team. As the Manager of UI/UX, you will be responsible for leading a team of designers in the creation of intuitive and engaging user interfaces across our digital platforms. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver world-class design solutions for our customers.

Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of UI/UX designers to deliver high-quality designs across our digital platforms

Develop and implement design strategies, guidelines, and best practices to ensure consistency and quality across all products

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, engineering, and marketing to deliver world-class design solutions

Plan and execute user research studies and translate findings into design recommendations

Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design concepts and solutions

Define and execute user testing and validation to ensure designs meet user needs and expectations

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and advocate for user-centered design within the organization

Manage design resources, timelines, and project deliverables to ensure timely and successful delivery of projects

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in design, human-computer interaction, or related field

7+ years of experience in UI/UX design with a portfolio of proven work

3+ years of experience managing a team of UI/UX designers

Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices

Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.

Experience with design systems and component libraries

Strong communication and collaboration skills

Experience working in an Agile development environment

Ability to balance business needs, technical feasibility, and user needs in design decisions.
