Main responsibilities

The Product Manager reports to the Marketing Director and is in charge of developing and executing multi-channel inbound campaigns designed to support the buyer’s journey, from prospect to converting customers. 

The candidate will have to collaborate with the development and creative teams assigned to the website in order to work on: 

  • Kimoby’s positioning on the web
    • Analyze and improve the Website’s architecture and performance in order to maximize conversion and engagement
    • Collaborate with the Creative team in order to manage the design and build of what is, for many, their first impression of Kimoby
    • Develop and execute Web strategies
    • Understand and predict our customer’s behaviors and buying decisions
  • Lead generation and nurturing tracks
    • Responsible for optimizing SEM, web content, marketing campaigns, landing pages, social media engagement, paid social, advertising, email, lead nurture programs, setting A/B tests, and more.
    • Build campaigns within HubSpot, including configuration, list building, workflow setup, tracking, sync with Salesforce, and reporting on metrics.
  • Brand positioning
    • Manage an ABM strategy with personalization based on industry, persona, use case, and geography.
    • Conduct customer research by meeting and talking with our customers in interviews and surveys.
    • Understand the competitive landscape.
  • Online ads and retargeting
    • Manage and optimize advertising campaigns including Google Ads (search, shopping, display), Facebook, LinkedIn, etc with respect to strategies and costs.
  • Analyze site performance and provide recommendations
    • Build dashboards to track goals and measure KPIs and identify challenges and opportunities for improvement.

Candidate profile

  • Bachelor degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing or related field
  • Proven experience as a Web Marketing Manager or in a similar role
  • Proven track record managing all aspects of a successful lead generation strategy
  • Know best practices for lead generation, automation and workflow processes with a focus on revenue impact and success
  • Strong business sense with a consistent record of using analytical and data-driven methods
  • In-depth knowledge of the following advertising platforms: Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, Spotify, YouTube, Adroll
  • Master Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and remarketing and retargeting campaign follow-ups
  • Strong and creative marketing and product sense
  • Great communication skills to simplify information to various stakeholders
  • Great sense of teamwork
  • Advanced experience of Salesforce.com and Hubspot (an asset)
  • Previous experience in a web agency is considered an asset
  • Experience with Saas marketing (an asset)
  • Strong analytical skills 
  • Canadian resident (doesn't have to be located in Quebec City)
