Robert Half has partnered with a popular online service provider in search of a Finance Manager to join their team! Located in downtown Toronto, this role is a great fit for anyone looking to work an exciting, fast growing atmosphere. The Finance Manager will be responsible for the day to day operation of the finance function including purchase and accounts payables, sales and accounts receivables, wages and salaries, inventory and consumption of goods and materials, fixed asset register, etc. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in an Accounting role and a strong background in corporate reporting.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Ensure finance activities are managed effectively to provide visibility on revenue, expenses and risk and maintain and develop required corporate governance
* Enable effective cash flow and capex management
* Analysing all line of the P&L, BS, and Cash Flow to explain variances in Budgets
* Obtain agreement on expenditures with budget holders and provide regular financial reports as required
* Ensure high quality, real time availability of data and analytics to support delivery of the business strategy
* Manage balance sheet reconciliations monthly
* Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or another related field
* CPA designation
* Strong knowledge and application of Full Cycle Bookkeeping
* At least five years relevant Finance experience in a management role
* Advanced knowledge of QuickBooks
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills
* Strong analytical skills
* Proven track record with budgeting and corporate reporting
